Mozzarella, Paneer and Halloumi

My latest fresh cheese shenanigans! I made mozzarella bocconcini for a caprese salad for a potluck. I also made the balsamic reduction, which is really easy to make.

I made halloumi with a friend and we had a great platter with crostini, hummus, thinly sliced salami, olives and gouda.


Then one weekend I was bored and made some paneer, and made that into matar paneer.
